Founded in 2008 by actor / filmmaker David Bianchi, a member of the Producer Guild of America and the Television Academy of Arts and Sciences, Exertion has produced eight feature films and received a Primetime Emmy® Nomination for the ground breaking project RZR as well as the Imagen Award, Artios Award Nomination, and the Telly Award for VFX.
The Exertion team carries over 80 years of combined film and television experience.

FOUNDER / EXEC PRODUCER
A multi-hyphenate actor and filmmaker with over 120 professional credits in studio films and major network TV, including 30 credits as a producer, and 15 screenwriter credits. He is an active member of the Academy of Television Arts and the Producers Guild of America. He continues to push the boundaries of blockchain and emerging technology.

PRODUCER
A veteran leader in women’s filmmaking. Noelle began her career in 2005 and since then has accumulated over 80 episodes of major television coordinating and supervising shows like Marvel's Agents of Shield (ABC) and Superstore (NBC). She has also worked on major feature productions, most recently Don't Worry Darling (Warner Brothers) and Rustin (Netflix). Noelle's understanding of creative producing, story-telling, and production logistics is top notch. Her focus is solely on making the best decisions for the story.

WRITER / DIRECTOR / PRODUCER
A graduate of Columbia College Chicago with a BA in directing and screenwriting. He made his first movie at the age of 8. Daniel has directed two theatrically released feature films over 80 short films, music videos, commercials, and documentaries, garnering over 40 independent film awards and nominations for his work. Daniel is fluent in several arenas of film. He is a respected producer, editor and has first assistant directed several multi-million dollar feature films around the world.

PRODUCER
Stephanie O’Neill is an award-winning filmmaker, with experience in features, music videos, episodic and immersive theater. Her films have premiered in film festivals domestically and internationally including Tribeca, Aspen, Palm Springs and Viennale. Her work as a storyteller pushes boundaries while asking important societal questions.
